If you request support or contact us, we receive the information you choose to submit, such as your name, email address, phone number (optional), postcode, the type of help you need and your message. Newsletter subscriptions provide the email address you enter.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, arrange support and manage newsletter interest. We do not publish your details on the website.
Please keep sensitive details out of the form
Don’t include passwords, card numbers or other sensitive information in your message. We’ll never need them to respond to your first enquiry.
Third-party form processing
Our static website uses FormSubmit to deliver form submissions. Your submission is transmitted to that service so it can be forwarded to our inbox.
Cookies and local storage
The site uses browser local storage to remember your dark-mode preference. We do not use that feature to identify you.
