Why we exist
When something goes wrong with your technology, it’s hard to know who to call. An IT company? A computer repairer? Your internet provider? A networking specialist? We think that’s the wrong question to have to answer.
So we made it simple. Tell us what’s happening, and we’ll either fix it or get the right help to you.
How we work
We offer support remotely and, where we’re able to reach you, onsite. For homes, that means someone to call when your tech isn’t working. For small businesses, it means ongoing support and a go-to technology partner rather than someone you only hear from when something breaks.
What we believe
Technology should work for you, not the other way around. That means plain English, honest advice, and no pressure to buy things you don’t need.
Two parts, one idea
IT support is the heart of what we do: practical help when you need it. Our Tech Hub is our library of guides and explainers on AI, cybersecurity, connectivity and gadgets, for anyone who wants to understand technology a little better.
